Gene Harrison, OD
Dr. Harrison is a graduate of the University of Alabama and attended the UAB School of optometry where he graduated with honors in 1991. He began practicing with Dr. Gary Few after graduation in Grayson Valley and now has additional locations in Rainbow City and Snead.
Dr. Harrison and his wife Martha have two children David and Ben, and reside in Trussville where they attend the First Baptist Church of Trussville. Dr. Harrison is active in coaching RA basketball at the church. He also coaches his son's in baseball, football, and basketball.
Dr. Harrison also holds several posts within his profession and the community. Among those are:

Dr. Harrison received the "South's Diploma in Glaucoma Management in 1999" and was named Alabama's. "Young Optometrist of the Year" in that same year. He specializes in pediatric and adult eye health evaluations along with expertise in contact lens, Ocular disease and developmental eye disorders. He has been a member of Vision Source since September of 2000 and is committed to providing the best possible service to his patients.

Jennifer Gibbs
Jennifer serves as our Frames and Lens Specialist. She has been with Vision Source for over 7 years. Jennifer also helps patients with their insurance needs.

Wendy serves as our Patient Care Coordinator. She has been with Vision Source for over 5 years. Wendy also lends her expertise in our contact lens department.
